Greetings to you,
We have put together a 30 minute synopsis of our interviews with Alister McDonald and Michael Buckley on where, why and how, Gold, Silver and Property.
We are about to purchase property again in the USA through the KBwell and my personal testimony is that currently I am receieving about a 12.5% return on a $50K purchase in Kansas city. I have a secure tenant and government backed rent.I am told the capital value may have increased a little but that is not the reason we bought. We are now 6 months down the road and we have learnt many little things along the way and can tell you there are some traps that you can easily fall into.
Gold and Silver on the other hand, has fallen since we purchased it, but we are not concerned as capital appreciation was not the main reason for buying. We will continue to buy and believe that it is our hedge as to what is happening in our fiat money systems. It is still a great time to buy.
We have also come across some wonderful business opportunities to invest into raw materials and we may share those shortly.
